A little late...

Christmas 2009 in the books. Having a kid at Christmas makes it so much sweeter! Rylie was so fun. She loved all of her gifts. Man is this kid spoiled (but not rotten:). We had such a fun time with both sets of grandparents and aunts and uncles.

Cookies for Santa

Yep..he came..

Just waking up to see what Santa brought.

We had Christmas with Nana and Papa Shupe and Uncle Brett on Christmas morning. They were so sweet to Rylie and she made out like bandit! We ate breakfast and enjoyed the morning together.

Rylie LOVES this little tea pot full of dishes. She was making
Papa Shupe some morning coffee. She loves to pretend play.

After the blizzard of '09 blew in, we ventured to Marlow for Christmas at Honey and Papa Wheat's house.
Reagan showing off her incredible balancing skills.

Hanging out by the fire.
Rylie likes to talk on play phones. However, she does not like to
talk on the real phone nor does she like for mommy to talk on the
real phone!

It has been fun to watch Rylie play with dolls lately. For the past few
months she has really enjoyed giving them hugs and kisses, her paci, and
telling them "No No baby!"

Honey bought the girls the same toys. This is a great idea.
Unfortunately, it has Rylie a bit confused. She thinks all of
the toys are Ray Ray's. She picks them up and says with
a puzzled look on her face "Ray Ray's momma?"

Cooking with Honey. Where Honey goes, they ALL go.

Bear volunteered to stay in with the girls while we played in the snow.

For a kid from South Texas, it is hard to hide your excitement
when you see that much snow!
Happy New Year!

Oh wow, Jo! It looks like you all had a wonderful Christmas! Isn't it fun to just watch Rylie pretend play? I am sure you will be eating and drinking many pretend meals f/ here on out!
